スタッフの対応が遅く、残念でした。
5.0駐車券の利用で料金の質問をしたところ、年配のスタッフの方が迅速に対応して下さり、とても感謝しております。
− 14半過ぎにチェックインをして部屋に着いたら、 まだ部屋の清掃が終わっておらず、待たされてしまいました。 3人部屋なのに２人だと間違えられて、部屋もベッドも狭く少なかったので残念でした。 受付も並んでいてお客様を待たせる時間か長くなり、スタッフの人数が少ないのかなと思います。 回転が遅いかなと思います。
