7.0The room was nice, easy access to beach and pools
− We found clothes under the sheets of the bed. Means they weren't changed. That was disappointing, we had to wash everything before we used it to make sure it was clean. The mirror in the master bath was broken, the drain in the hall bath didn't drain. The elevator was not opening on the desired floor.

The staff were very helpful
9.0The two windows to the two apartments rented had a lot of light coming through the windows because of the outside light. The staff covered the windows for us in order to be able to sleep. I really appreciate that.
− The light outside of the windows. The bathrooms did not have a lot of light so we had to improvise.
