宿泊客をお粗末に扱う事は観光そのものに傷がつきますよ。
1.0最低な評価をさせていただきます。 駐車場の予約が必要だと聞いて無く、別の場所に止めてくれとの事。 ホテルまでかなりの距離を歩いての事の紙を渡された。 荷物もあり、かなり暑い中の観光だった。歩いてホテルにいく事はしたく無かったのでホテルフロントに尋ねた所キャンセルして下さいと言われた。 かなり前から予約をして料金支払い済みだったが、心ない対応でキャンセルしました。
