A nice peaceful place to stay
10.0I came to the area for my 55 HS reunion. This resort of very quiet and peacefull and a nice place to stay. The only downside is that parking is a long way from the cabin, AND no towels are provided AND there is no A/C. And, this is an older resort and I don't think a lot of money has been put into it to repair and maintain it. One example would be, the screen door has holes in the screen, rather than put a new screen in, they taped up the holes. There are other repairs like this that have been made that should have been done better. Obviously the owners dont want to spend money to upgrade things and fix things right. Even so, this is a very nice place to stay and is worth the money. The staff is very friendly and caring. I recommend staying there. Very nice location and grounds.
