No, not Mumsa next time we visit the area.
6.0We stayed at this small hotel pre-COVID and had very fond memories of it. Especially its rustic quirkiness and outstanding beachfront location. The location is the same, and the rustic quirk remains, but it did not instil that same sense of happiness we previously felt. We had a beachfront room with its own timber terrace, complete with bean bags and other seating, which was appreciated. Though they don't have an on-site spa/wellness capacity (it's very small), the manager did arrange a local masseuse to come to the property for me, and the massage was excellent.
− The floor in our room had a discernible slope down to one corner, which was off-putting. The electrical power points scattered around the room were at odd heights with no furniture nearby, so changing things was a challenge. For example, to boil the electric kettle, we had to overturn the in-room rubbish bin and place the kettle on it to be able to reach the nearest electric socket. The dogs that lie around the hotel are also off-putting. The meals (dinner and breakfast) were adequate, but.
