9.0Spa was great. Breakfast was amazing. Room service food was top notch. The bath amenities from Acqua di Parma were high class. I loved the bathroom, having a luxurious bathtub is a must. Room was big and the bed really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
− Sound of the aircon which was really loud and couldn´t be switched off. Opening the balcony door was such a hassle, I had to call the technician to do it, twice!
Very nice hotel and we will return back

− The air conditioner did not cool and the hot water took a while to arrive in one room and the jacuzzi did not work in one room.
