10.0This hotel is in a traditional Turkish noble families mansion. You enter through a massive walled gate and immaculately kept garden before reaching the hotel door. The decorations and furnishings throughout the lobby and rooms takes you back in time and relaxes your spirit. The staff is wonderful and ready to make you feel like a noble guest. They have the most wonderful restaurant. It’s a easy 500 meter walk to the magic world of old Safranbolu. Our mistake was to only have one night there.

Eski konağın dezavantajı
8.0Çalışanların ilgi ve alakası olmasa otel çok konforlu değil. Eski bir konak olmasından pencerelerden soğuk sızıyor, sızmaktan ziyade üfürüyor. Odamızı değiştirmek zorunda kaldılar çünkü kaloriferler çalışmıyordu. Sağolsunlar personel çok yardımsever. Bu arada kahvaltı da oldukça doyurucuydu.

10.0Güleryüzlü hizmet, notaljik bir mekan, büyülü bir şehir! Giderseniz sadece merkezi değil, etraftaki köyleri ve bulak mağarasını da mutlaka görün. Yeni bir yıla 2 yaşında oğlumuzla çekirdek aile olarak girmek için çok doğru bir tercih yapmışız! Otel çalışanları her konuda destek olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Kısıtlı bir menü ancak ne varsa lezzetliydi. Çok teşekkürler
