We were here already in 2024, we knew the flat, nice flat and location, convenient parking, not far from beaches and village (if you have a car!)

− The flat had not been cleaned, even if the cleaning fee was applied!! The kitchen worked 50% (2 units, only 1 worked, same for the light above it, just 1 out of 2) The extractors in both bathrooms did not work The lock for the window was missing Globally, good flat but with poor maintenance

We loved our stay and proximity to a number of beaches. Great showers. It was nice there was a cooler bag and umbrella available for the beach. We loved loved loved that the pots were heavy enough to be able to use the glass cook top

− We met others at the complex which helped us find our way to the local beaches otherwise I don't believe we would have found them. We were aware of the fact that our balcony overlooked the garbage yet some mornings it was a bit noisy being over the staffing area.

A pleasant surprise! The staff were 100%!

Super clean, quiet and spacious. I like to cook so the kitchen was a bonus; it’s very well appointed. I liked that reliable taxis were called for us by security, and the laundry facilities were great. Wonderful selection of pools.

− There was nothing that Insidnt like. Comments are: The pots and frying pans need to be replaced. There’s a bee hive that needs to be removed on the ceiling outside the patio. Need more loungers and chairs by the pool.

Enjoyed the area very much and would stay at puntagaviota again but in different apartment.

Huatulco area lovely with great beaches - very hot and humid. Apartment somewhat remote without car. On site host was very helpful. Pools very nice . Security good

− Not really close to beaches or town if without a car. Not great view/ over garbage and storage area. Dishes chipped and small in number. No on site laundry - extra sheets and towels would have been useful

The area of this condo is approximately 10 min. away by car from the downtown busy area. It is a very quiet area surrounded by nature and most of what I heard was birds chirping. The beautiful beach is 10 min. away by going up the hills. If you don't have a car, there is a big grocery store 5 min away by taxi and are restaurants around the grocery store as well. There are no restaurants nearby so one has to plan what to eat and cook ahead. A taxi fare is 60 pesos for one way to the grocery store and the main activity areas. The guard at the front desk can call a taxi. The place is very spacious with two bed rooms with a bath room each room and the kitchen is well equipped and the neighbours are very quiet. Roku provides streaming entertainment to the TV.

− There are garbage bins below the terrace but well hidden with a carpet, however, I could see the concrete area partially used to place garbage bin(s) in front of the terrace. This negative view can be hidden with plants in a planter along the terrace railing.
