10.0The receptionists gave me a warm welcome from the moment I arrived and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other places around the city.

10.0Had a good stay here, strategically located in Thamrin, right across from Sarinah and one of Jakarta's culinary centers, Sabang Street (walking distance), also close to Bundaran HI and the surrounding major malls. The room was clean and comfortable, and has been renovated to be modern. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food at breakfast was also varied and delicious. This hotel is more suitable for business than family because there is no swimming pool, but the gym is still there and is sufficient for me.
