The room had a premium feel to it. It was incresibly spacious and had good lighting. Plus, it was really tidy too. Staff was accomodating, the place too was situated in a quiet neighborhood that was also near the highway for travel convenience. It's good value for money honestly.

− I guess the shower needed some hot water (or maybe we didn't know how to use it properly) The room could also use a desk at least. The staff was nice, but they seem understaffed. Breakfast couls use more options but it's understandable.

Think first before you choose this hotel, unless you really want to stay near leaisure places. Its not worth it to spend

− Super noisy air condition, housekeeping is not a thing even if you ask for it. 2x I changed rooms just because TVs are not working. No drinking water supplied daily, you must ask to the front desk. Telephones not working. Too many insects

Very Accomodating Staffs

We have stayed at Ritz Hotel not just once, but many times—2, 5, 10 times, and counting. Every visit has been a pleasant experience, which is why we keep coming back. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One thing we particularly appreciate is the hot shower, which has reliable hot water and good water pressure—something that makes a big difference after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. What truly stands out is the excellent service provided by the staff. They are always friendly, attentive, and very accommodating, especially Leah, Emily, and Joy, who consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. We are always impressed by how quickly they respond to requests and how willing they are to assist guests with anything they need. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast. While it may not be a grand buffet with a wide selection of dishes, it is thoughtfully prepared and appreciated. It reflects the care and effort that the management and staff put into making guests feel valued and comfortable during their stay. Small touches like these show their genuine concern for their guests' overall experience. While this may not be a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel, it offers something equally important: genuine hospitality, safety, comfort, and great value for money. The location is also very convenient, with many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and budget-friendly place to stay with outstanding customer service, Ritz Hotel is definitely worth considering. The warmth, dedication, and attentiveness of the staff keep us coming back, and we look forward to staying here again on our future visits.

− One area that could be improved is the air conditioning unit in the room. While it worked well and kept the room cool, it was quite noisy, especially during the night. Guests who are light sleepers may find the noise a bit distracting. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved in the future to make the overall stay even more comfortable. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience at Ritz Hotel has always been positive, which is why we continue to return whenever we're in the area.
