I had a great and peaceful stay at the property. There was value for money.
10.0The breakfast was great and met my likes. The location is convenient to access other places of interest. I also received a warm welcome from the staff. Generally, everything was just pleasing.

Very noisy, not pleasant at all.
4.0I had asked if breakfast could be served in the morning. I was informed that yes it could be from 7am.. By 7:30 the door to the eating area was still not open, so no breakfast
− Shower - no hot water. A cold shower in the middle of winter on a rainy morning is not pleasant.
It was fine
7.0The breakfast was fine, just standard english breakfast. The location is safe and secured
− I had to wait a little longer after waking up on Saturday morning as the water was cold from the shower
Exceptional Service
9.0Service from staff was exceptional. Enjoyed the stay .
− The miscommunication prior our arrival at Admirals that we are moved to Bayside, but the hospitality at Bayside Guesthouse fully made up for that.
