− Piscina não aquecida, itens ( quantidade) do frigobar cobrados não correspondem ao consumido.
Atendeu minhas necessidades, mas decepcionou minhas expectativas.

− A falta de flexibilidade para negociação no hotel (Tentei contato direto com a intenção de chegar um pouco antes do meu horário de check-in, pois a viagem era de ônibus e possivelmente chegaria antes do horário...eles queriam cobrar uma diária a mais, sugeri então que cobrassem meia diária, de imediato foi negado, porém, meu check-out foi realizado às 6:40 da manhã e ainda assim não houve nenhum interesse do hotel de analisar e praticar um meio termo...olhou somente o benefício próprio).
