− Curtains and sheets need to be replaced. Paint was peeling.

Needs TLC and paint/cleaning in the Pink Building.
4.0Check in was easy and main courtyard was nice with free coffee in the morning. The amount of space in the room in the Pink building room was good
− Stayed in the pink building and it was really grubby with dirty walls with some ants on the kitchen shelf ants and found a dead roach in the morning. ( i know there are bugs in the world...but disconcerting). Needs a coat of paint and A/C unit only cooled bedroom when I moved the fan to blow air from the kitchen. It is cheap but eh...I would not stay again and cannot recommend. So much potential - needs some TLC.
