The stay was enjoyable, but the payment experience was disappointing. Being asked to cancel my booking and being charged
6.0The location is excellent and very convenient, especially if you want to explore Chinatown. The capsule was clean and comfortable, and the staff during check-in were friendly. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant.
− My main concern was the payment process. My card was successfully charged when I made the booking, but later the property requested to cancel my reservation and attempted to charge my card again. This caused unnecessary stress just one day before my trip. I contacted the property, but the explanation was unclear, and I never received proof that the first payment had been refunded. Fortunately, I rejected the cancellation request, and my booking remained confirmed. I hope the property improves its payment system to avoid putting future guests in the same situation.
