8.0Everything was good - Location, setting, deco, cleanliness, neighbours - everything was as expected from the details online - checkin / checkout was easy - all the info was provided in an email prior to arrival - The stay was perfect!!
− The Hob wasn’t working (same as the one we have at home) which was annoying and the hairdryer was missing
Overall, we had a great time at Fair Rigg, Cradle House.
8.0Fair Rigg at Cradle House was a lovely experience for our family. When we arrived, everything was in good condition. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, as were the rooms. It was also well-located.
− Confusion in stocking adequate Nespresso pods and would have been nice to have portable handy during a heatwave.

10.0Great 2 bed apartment and on ground floor so great with people with mobility problems. Double sofa bed so sleeps 6. Car parking and dog friendly. Super comfy beds. Well kitted out kitchen.Doggie welcome pack which is a lovely touch. Easy to get to Bowness & Windermere. We managed to pay extra for early check in late check out which was great. Fab stay. Thanks

6.0The very comfortable bed and an excellent shower
− Unable to walk to Bo’ness as there was no pavements for a large section of the route which could be perceived as dangerous. We would urge the owners to perhaps have a look at the basement property as it really is in need of a bit of TLC which I can only assume they are not aware of.( doors chipped, skirting boards in poor decor They certainly were available when we called contacted them and acted promptly but the lack of hot water at times was very frustrating
