Overall, a place we will return to.
8.0Loved being given a room on the ground floor. Room was very clean and staff friendly. The location is great for our needs in Sherwood Park.
− Parking was very crowded. We felt fortunate to get a spot. The bed was comfortable (mattress and pillows) but the duvet was way too heavy for summer and there was no lighter blankets in the room. It was the sheet or the duvet, nothing in between and I didn't want to run the AC just to cool the room enough to need a duvet. Cleanliness and sleeping comfort are the two most important things we look for in a hotel. It was our second visit and we will likely be back because of location but some bedding options would be great.

− Pool didnt work, buffet was not available and the breakfast menu was very limited. The bed was uncomfortable. The hot tub was full of unaccompanied kids and staff did nothing.
