9.0お部屋が広くて、清潔で、地下にあるお菓子やドリンク、カップ麺が最高です。子どもと行く時、わざわざ買いに行かなくて良いので、時大変助かります。同じフロア内に洗濯機、乾燥機(洗剤付き)も大変助かる！
− 地下にあるカルフールに行くとき、たまにおじさんが座り込んだり、夜の出入り口はたばこを吸うお兄さんやお姉さんがいる事。
