The hotel is slowly downgrading their standards
6.0The rooms had only 1 towel, so we requested extra towels before going to dinner. When we came back, the towels were still not replaced. The shower was not working properly, making it difficult to wash. I reported before I left

4.0The AC didn’t work except in the bedroom. The bathroom sink and floor was dirty. The main elevator didn’t work. You couldn’t get water and the staff doesn’t speak English.. way overpriced for the accommodations
