6.0Pleasant staff, nice building, reasonable price, comfortable bed, and last minute availability.
− Nothing specifically bad, just a bit meh. But for the price, not too much to complain about. Bathroom could have been cleaned better, facilities a bit lacking, but generally OK overall.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
1.0− The room was dirty, the sheets stained, the bathroom door had been forced open and had a poorly filled hole in it, was filthy, and the sink was broken. There was no soap. When I complained, I was told that was the only option. We left after a couple of hours due to itching while on the bed, which led to suspicions of bed bugs. We were told after that we had been offered a refund (we hadn't). All messages after that were ignored and a refund never delivered. For around 130 pounds for a family of 4 per night, this was appalling. Avoid this hotel.

− Could do with a mirror in the bathroom (room4) and one over the dressing table But not a massive problem but would’ve been better as near windows and lots of natural light
