Tiene muy buena ubicación, a pocos pasos del centro. Tiene lugar para estacionar.

− En la bañera había cucarachas bebés. Hacía mucho calor adentro de la habitación y el ventilador no era suficiente.

Sicuramente la distanza dal centro la disponibilità di chi gestisce l’appartamento e la pulizia.

− Purtroppo anche se indicato chiaramente manca l’aria condizionata che darebbe energia alla Struttura.

Check-in was quick and simple. Bedroom was clean with a comfortable bed and although there was no air conditioning, the fan provided was brilliant, very powerful and kept us cool. Bedside lamps were also very welcome. Good towels provided. Kitchen was also spotlessly clean and fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to make a meal. Bathroom, again was clean and very spacious with a good shower. No lift, but only a short climb to apartment. Wi-fi was also effective. Great value for money with an easily obtainable host

− As there was only one bathroom, there could occasionally be a wait to use it. This was only a slight bugbear and would not stop me from staying again.

Great localization, clean rooms

Good localization (about 1 km from Tower of Pisa, about 2km from train station - there is a bus no 4), very silent district. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Checking-in process is completely automatic, requires phone with internet access, but it wasn't difficult at all.

− Unfortunately, there is no AC in the room, only a fan (they write about ventilator on booking.com, I just didn't noticed). At night it was definitely too hot. If you are prone to Italian temperatures in July, it's really great place.

Walking distance from the leaning tower, a lovely outdoor cinema 2 mins from the location. The staff where so clear with checkin instructions a smooth arrival.
