10.0Stayed for one night to visit family, rooms were lovely and clean, great location 5 mins walk to seaside and a short drive to the city. Staff were all friendly, made us feel welcome. We stayed for breakfast, the food was great, and topped up regularly and all areas were spotless Patricia was always around cleaning tables and areas with a smile. The manager Dora was great, really friendly and you can really see she keeps the hotel running smoothly. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when visiting family. Thank you.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in.
2.0We booked for 3 nights but only stayed once. Pre-booked meals and still had to pay when we got there for dinner. Dinner options were burgers or Pizza. As I am on a low protein diet, nothing edible except out if a chocolate machine!. Staff refused us access to breakfast on the Saturday so we left. Now as we were previously booked to go in June and must change our holiday savers give NO REFUNDS so we have lost over £700

10.0I'd give this Travelodge a 9.5 out of 10 as a budget hotel. Good location for Bournemouth close to beaches and travel routes without being in the busy town centre. Car parking was easy to find and free with a disabled blue parking badge. Communal areas clean and modern with a good atmosphere and ALL the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Food from the restaurant was delicious and good value. The room was very well maintained and clean - top marks for housekeeping. The only reason I'm scoring it 9.5 instead of 10 out 10 was the heater made a high pitch noise constantly when on which was annoying but this might only be with the particular room I was in. Other than that tiny thing I had a wonderful stay and would happily book there again. A great Travelodge with great staff. Recommended.

2.0terrible stay the room overlooked the road couldn't sleep the shower room dirty bedding frayed at edge got arrested and placed on house arrest overall it was a terrible stay

2.0Bathroom wasn’t clean Bed was so uncomfortable too Bath tap kept falling off Carpets outside of the bathroom was sticky Wouldn’t recommend A lot of noise outside the hotel too and was very hot in the room
