Love this place. We would love to visit everytime we come to Europe but accessibility will impact this.

Amazing!!!! All inclusive resort. Mind-blowing sauna facilities. Beds comfortable, rooms large and well planned.

− It's a long way from airport access ( but this does make it a very special gem).

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich meine Juniorsuite, die wirklich absolut perfekt war: großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Ein Raum, in dem man sofort zur Ruhe kommt und sich rundum wohlfühlt.

− Leider konnte der Service diesem Niveau nicht annähernd gerecht werden. Freundlichkeit und Professionalität habe ich sehr vermisst. Besonders enttäuschend war eine Situation an der Bar: Ich hatte Getränke und Snacks bestellt und benötigte Gläser. Auf meine höfliche Frage, ob alles aufs Zimmer gebracht werden könne, erhielt ich vom Kellner lediglich die Antwort: „Das machen Sie mal schön selber.“ Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie ist das schlicht unangebracht. Auch das Essen entsprach nicht dem Anspruch eines Resorts dieser Preisklasse. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, die Qualität eher durchschnittlich und insgesamt nicht auf dem Niveau, das man hier erwarten würde. Zusätzlich war die Organisation im Restaurant: zu wenig Sitzplätze, lange lange Wartezeiten am Empfang teilweise Schlangen von bis zu 10 Metern
