First of all shout out to the wonderful staff! Javier, Alexis and everyone was great! My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and we had the most wonderful, magical time on Holbox Island. We were looking for a hotel that offered an easy all-inclusive meal and drink plan, was budget-friendly without sacrificing comfort or elegance, and that’s exactly what we found. We don’t typically enjoy overly fancy or commercialized resorts. Instead, we love places that feel laid-back, connected to nature, and truly relaxing. This hotel was all of that and more. The atmosphere was perfect. We were surrounded by families and couples of all ages, and many of the guests were from Mexico and Europe, which made for a lovely, relaxed vibe. The beachfront location couldn’t have been better. We could see the ocean right from our balcony, and it was the perfect place to unwind. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Like I mentioned, staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was delicious. While there weren’t a lot of restaurant options, we appreciated the simplicity and were more than happy with the quality. The drinks were also excellent—delicious and generously poured! We left feeling rested, refreshed, and grateful for such a memorable anniversary trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing escape on Holbox Island.

Great resort, but the staff makes the experience

We just wrapped up a great stay here. The resort itself is very nice, the food is good, and the layout is excellent, you get quick beach access and it's a really close walk from the rooms. But what really stood out was the service. A massive shoutout to Javy, who took care of us down at the beach and up at the restaurant area. The guy was completely on top of it, constantly checked in to see if we needed anything, and was awesome with our kids. Up at the restaurant, the rest of the crew was fantastic. Jose went completely above and beyond, he jumped right to it and helped us retrieve a credit card we dropped below the deck. Mike was the ultimate run-around guy, always there whenever I had questions. Mara was a great waitress, Fernanda and Antonio provided wonderful service, and Ivan was right on top of everything, making sure the table stayed clean and cleared. They were all incredibly quick to help out with whatever we needed and made every meal easy. If you're looking for a convenient spot with a beautiful beach and a staff that actually takes care of you, this is it.

The location - best part of the beach and near the town. Lovely setting in the jungle - everything looked beautiful.

Chambre spacieuse Bel architecture Personnel agréable

− Chambre avec vue sur zone de travaux Dernier jour des travaux sur la terrasse se trouvant sous notre chambre, donc assez bruyant Petit dej agréable mais manque de fruits locaux type mangues, cocos..
