9.0I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily consider staying here again.
− There wasn't much I didn't like about my stay overall. However, there is always room for improvement, particularly in making sure all facilities and services meet guests' expectations. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay.

Satisfactory hotel for an overnight stay in a very central position
7.0The facilities in the room were perfectly adequate for an overnight and the shared bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the location was central to St Pancras station and near to a range of shops and restaurants.
− Some of the furnishings were a bit tired and the price probably a touch on the high side, but it is London.

Avoid this hotel — one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Very Rude and unfriendly.
