7.0The service was excellent, Lisa at the Frontdesk & Michelle at handling the breakfast.
− I asked for a room with a KS bed and it was confirmed that I would get this.(I work for a hotel myself and I know room with a KS bed depends on availability, the next possibilty is to offer an option to upgrade to a different room.), but I did receive confirmation that a KS was available .Instead it was a room with 2 twin beds & a terrible view. Also the AC was not working so it was a hot night
