10.0It is a hotel with excellent facilities and a great location. But the best part of all is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. During our stay (we were a group of nine), Ruby, Hanna, Tho, and Sarah took excellent care of us. They helped us with everything we needed—both at the hotel and during our visit to Hue—always with a big smile. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
