Noisiest night yet!!
2.0The room was dirty and extremely noisy, all night long. I don't think that it was quiet for even 20 minutes. There was a festival several km away so they double the price for an already terrible room. I have been told by people to not stay at the GV hotels in the Philippines, but I never thought I'd regret it.
