Exceptional staff that made us feel welcome
10.0The staff were very friendly and so helpful, helping us to make bookings to a show, arranging taxis and providing translation. The location was good with a bank in the same building, supermarkets close by and about a 15-20 minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square. The room was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good with a great selection of food, they kindly prepared us a breakfast bag to take-away as we were leaving early in the morning. We appreciated the coffee from the lobby cafe. We loved going to the Sky Bar on the top floor for the amazing views!

9.0The rooms were very confortable and clean. The gym is nice. The 2 restaurants are really nice and the food is good. The team is helpfull. Everything was perfect.
