1.0Good breakfast , bed comfortable .
− Dirty , stained pillows which were not replaced as there were no spare pillows which is a big no , window did not close so it was noisy most of the time , loud noises from floor above during the night sounded like furniture was being moved and loud walking sounds resulting in no sleep , bathroom floor tiles loose , shower cubicle needs upgrading , toilet roll holder too close to toilet . Was refused part refund . Not a relaxing enjoyable stay . Would not recommend.

10.0Excelente atención. nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. ubicación excelente para llegar en tren desde london euston y con conexión de subte a 7 cuadras a la Elizabeth line para ir al aeropuerto. Excelente bar abajo del alojamiento con muy buen desayuno. super recomendable.

9.0Struttura situata al primo e secondo piano di una birreria, e posizionata vicino a 2 linee metro. Autobus in zona. Camere semplici ma pulite, bagno nuovo. Vari tipi di colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Si possono lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out. Consigliato

9.0The location is great for accessing the west end. The cocktail jugs are great value for money. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Shower could have done with being a bit more powerful.
