10.0We had a wonderful stay at Cinquevite. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the most beautiful beach and only a 2-minute walk from the railway station. Everything was great. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We would love to come back.

3.0Rosella, the manager, was excellent. It stops there. Unfortunately for her, she is stuck in the middle as she is not the owner.
− The rooms and rooftop area need a lot of maintenance. The rooms were very humid. In one room the air conditioner was filthy making the room warm and humid. The other room had a "pool?" The water level was too low, so it gurgled until it finally turned off at 6pm. We requested to turn it off all together. This room was also warm and humid. There was also mold in the shower! The rooftop area was dirty and had broken furniture. The only redeeming thing about this place was the manager, Rosella. Her customer service skills were excellent. Unfortunately for her, she is stuck in the middle as she is not the owner. I would not recommend stay here at all.

− Reservamos um quarto com varanda e vista Situado no 3 e último piso ( quarto número 5 ) Quarto muito quente , com aparelho portátil de ar condicionado com tubo a sair por uma janela aberta !!!! o que anulava o frio Janelas grandes com black out , mas afastados da janela, pelas 5.30 a.m não se conseguia dormir ( com a luz) Jardim exterior, terraço muito mal cuidado Não justifica em nada o preço que se paga Dado a nossa insatisfação fizeram redução no preço total
