6.0This hotel is in a beautiful spot but it lets itself down with lack of real cleanliness in the bathroom and almost no furniture in the bedroom (nowhere to put anything). However, the breakfasts are nice and generous. The other meals in the restaurant are too expensive, however. The staff are very sweet and generally do their best, but there are always one or two trying to make a deal or an extra buck. For example, I was charged Rp62,000 for laundry - the same amount in Sanur cost me Rp24,000. When will people learn that it is really irritating to be milked of every last dollar just because they can?

8.0Very nice staff! And a lovely quiet place and still many things to do if you wany to. But for extra things (transport etc) you pay and often to much.
