8.0Lake view palace restaurant is a disaster. It is much worse than I have it 2 years ago. Later I learned the main chef has left. Nobody informed me when I make the booking
The best hotel! Treated like actual royalty
10.0I wish I could have stayed longer it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Hong Kong/Macau region. Exceptional service (every single staff member went above and beyond to deliver the best service). The decor is exquisite, very palatial and beautiful flowers everywhere, they smell lovely and I couldn’t stop taking photos! Plus I had a view of the fountains from my room. There is so much to do from the gorgeous jacuzzi/pool area, the spa was dreamy and I loved my palace pedicure. Thats before the water fountains, the shops and the casino! Which were all brilliant too. I liked the casino as it was better laid out than other casinos in the area and more peaceful. The breakfast was top tier and I tried 99 Noodles which was super yummy. I honestly was not considering coming back to Hong Kong / Macau but now I must just to experience this fabulous hotel again. Thank you so much and I really appreciate the birthday truffles surprise too :)
