施設リノベーション中だが、食事、接客は良かった。
8.0現在リノベーション中で駐車場への入口がわかりにくかった。客室は清潔だが、設備は古かった。食事は品数も多く美味しかった。授業員の接客は親切で大変良かったと思う。

10.0部屋のエアコンの調子が悪かったのですが、直ぐにアップグレードされた部屋を手配いただき、大変良い滞在ができました。

10.0甲府盆地の暑い夏、川に近く部屋が上階なので気持のいい風が入ります。露天風呂から上がり少し火照った体にここちよい風でした。静かでロケーションも良いです。夕食もお願いしましたが、地元の名物がメインで地酒とともに美味しくいただきました。板さんのこだわりでしょうか、とても優しい味わいでした。デザートは桃も使った物でしたが幾重にも味が広がる、今まで味わったことのない絶品でした。信玄公ゆかりの地を巡った旅行でしたが、滞在した本宿含めて大変に満足させて戴きました。
