− Infelizmente . A a empresa responsável pelo aluguel do imóvel . Foi bem negligente com algumas coisas . O imóvel deveria deixar como no anunciado alguns item de igiene e limpeza . Mas infelizmente não tinha nenhum . Pano para limpar o chão . Detergente apenas 200ml e diluído na água . Papel higiênico tinha apenas um rolo novo e um . Pela metade .. depois de 04 noite fizeram a limpeza no apartamento e também não deixaram estes item que deveria ser abastecido .. . O sofá da sala não oferece nenhum conforto sofá antigo todo deformado . As cadeiras da mesa com capas .. que estava todas mofadas . Também não tinha sacos de lixo . Para descarte Rodo de pia , pano de pia .e apenas um pano de prato velho .. Isso que alugamos por 07 dias . Essa foi a 03 vez que alugo apartamento nesse prédio ..e os apartamentos são todos iguais . Mas a imobiliária que fica responsável pelo apartamento 406 bloco 02.. deixou a desejar . Até no WhatsApp eles relutam em falar o próprio nome .. Eu perguntava mas o mesmo não respondia .. Infelizmente em 2027 não alugar ei mas esse imóvel . Ou outro que a empresa AM HOSPITALIDADE. ESTIVER GERENCIANDO.. HA DEPOIS DE INSISTIR EM SABER O NOME DA PESSOA QUE ESTAVA FALANDO CONOSCO . O MESMO RESPONDEU .. THIAGO OU ANTÔNIO.. FOI ASSIM QUE O "PROFISSIONAL " SE INDENTIFICOU ..

2.0C'est globalement propre, et c'est bien situé.
− Nous avons prévenu de notre arrivée tardive, vers 23h30 (nous étions sur la route, pas ou très peu de connexion wifi). En arrivant, la réservation était annulée (alors que la réservation était garantie par carte de crédit), et impossible de parler avec le propriétaire. Nous avons du appeler la terre entière pour avoir une alternative pour avoir notre chambre finalement à 1h30 du matin. Même pas un mot d'excuse du propriétaire, rien. C'est juste un stress et un fatigue pour rien. Lamantable.

2.0well located, clean and good facilities (swimming pool and gym)
− As we were riding to the place (me and my 2 kids), we had warned the owner of our late arrival (23h30) by texting and secured the booking with an international credit card to ensure no bad surprise at arrival. Once at the desk, at 23h30, the recetpionist told us that our booking had been canceled by the owner and could not get in touch with, no phone, nor email, not whatsapp... Only when booking called threatening of a rearrangement we ended up to get a room at 1h30 in the morning. Exhausted after a 6 hours ride. Just not acceptable at all for the price.
