10.0Love the location and the over energy of the hostel. It feels like you’re staying with a big family that also loves to travel!
− Chaddy , one of the staff is really aggressive and would make a lot of the guests uncomfortable with his misogynistic and inappropriate behavior and remarks. But management was able to take care of the issue fast and efficiently. There was just one bad apple that needed to go and after that the energy was back to being amazing!

10.0I love how easy it is to access everywhere in London from earls court. It’s easy to move around London from this hostel. It’s so central that you can go out , have lunch, explore and then come back change and go back out. Very great location!

− The cleanliness could be improved, especially considering the large number of people staying at the hostel. Bathrooms: The bathrooms need more regular and thorough cleaning. Women’s bathrooms in the basement: These need more hooks for hanging clothes and towels, as well as shelves to store personal belongings. Stair carpets: The carpets on the stairs need a deep clean. Kitchen: The kitchen is sometimes clean, but standards of cleanliness need to be more consistent.

No pets or animals under any circumstances.
No bicycles, e-scooters or any form of e-transport or anything with large rechargeable batteries permitted inside the hostel. They represent a fire hazard and threat to life, so MUST be kept outside.
We take a £10 - £20 CASH Security Deposit upon check-in. If you are unable to pay cash then we will accept card payment but will charge £11 and return only £10 to cover the transaction charges incurred. The deposit will be returned on check-out as long as the key is returned to us and no damage to the property is caused.
A luggage room is available for guests who arrive early.
