Went to put me in a cheaper hotel & pocket the price difference
2.0Went to put me in a different cheaper hotel (without even telling me they’d booked me into a different hotel, only saying ‘your room is in the next building’) and pocket my money for the difference in price! I paid for this room 3 months in advance. Not once did I receive an apology for their attempted deceit. They only communicated with me after I realised what they were trying to do and I insisted on getting my money back for the difference in cost. After 45 minutes of going round in circles with them refusing to give me any of my money back and me just wanting to go to a room (I no longer wanted to stay in that hotel but they didn’t care, took 0 accountability & were happy to have me stood in the hotel lobby crying), I was eventually given a room key for the hotel I’d actually paid to stay in 3 months earlier.

− 夜中過ぎまで隣のお店から。爆音が響き渡ります。何の規制もないのか、1時半までシャウトしてました。 ビジネスホテルのつもりで宿泊したので、全く寝られず、最悪でした。
