− staff not cooperating, blankets have lots of dust in it or room not clean , no one can pick the call from intercom and matters causes skin allergy

− Cup broken in which they were serving tea and room were full of smell and guutter smell in bathroom. Mattresses are worn off and in dire condition. Very bad experience worst
