Sucks , waste of money , and plain disappointing
1.0What’s there to like?
− Rude staff , locked out room lied to about 24hr staff. Told would be there at 8pm never showed then told be there at 10 to help get you in a room. Then finally around midnight told to go to room 8. Why you ask? Because the room doesn’t lock you can go do what you want and leave . Not safe. Lack of cleanliness. Very disappointed.
We enjoyed the stay as usual.
9.0We liked the proximity to the family residence that we were visiting. The manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort that the room afforded at a price that fit into our budget, seeing that we are on a fixed income.
− The tub didn't seem to be cleaned. Could use a little more attention to the bathroom.

10.0I'm so glad I got shut out of Miami of Ohio lodging which is harder to get than buying Taylor Swift concert tickets. Nice clean unit, quiet, no crowds a brand new king size bed and an excellent Mexican place El Reparo within walking distance. Nice historic town too! The city hall has to be an architectural gem from 100+ years ago.
Welcoming staff and a good nights sleep
6.0It's impossible to find hotel rooms for Miami University during busy weekends, like graduation, and this was a closer drive than most places in Hamilton, OH. Staff were super friendly and nice. Bathroom renovated. Bed was relatively comfortable. Great if you just need a place to sleep.
