6.0This hotel is not terrible by any means, but definitely not up to expectations. The check in process took extra long because they did not seem to have the confirmation from Expedia in their system. The shower had mold in it and the hot water was inconsistent. The view was nice but the location was not the greatest because there wasn't much in terms of food or shopping close by. The food in the restaurant on the 2nd floor is quite good. However, next time I will be choosing a different hotel.

6.0I got the ocean view room and beautiful outside. The steps can speak English but not fluent so I had communication problems a few time. They were try to help me.
