10.0Beautiful property, lovely staff, relaxing onsen. Amazing breakfast on the top floor - the view was absolutely gorgeous. Also very conveniently located to the train station and main sights of Otaru.

10.0we stayed for 7 days. very nice resort. close to ski lift, supper market,restaurant....hotel is nice and clean. excellent onsen.we love it.the front desk staffs are friendly.

Avoid this place
2.0Tiny rooms. Shared toilet not cleaned regularly- skid marks still in toilet. They don’t tell you that the shared bathroom is completely public (you are have a shower next to someone else completely naked) and you can’t bring in your own shampoo/conditioner etc. Loud noises early in the morning. Horrible place and not worth the price at all- it’s like a hostel. Worse even
