5.0地下鉄４号線の駅が近く、便利でした。周辺にデパートも有りこちらも便利。エレベーターが４機有り待ち時間が少なかった。部屋からの川の景色はGOOD.
− 食堂が狭かった、テーブルが少ない。トイレの扉が内側に空き、狭くて入れない。上層階を希望したが駄目でした（空室が無かったのかは不明）。残念。近くにコンビニが無く残念でした。

Good to know
According to the COVID-19 prevention and control situation in Hangzhou, the hotel’s swimming pool, sauna and SPA will be temporarily closed from now on. Hotel fitness center is still open.
The breakfast at 19F M Club are temporarily closed, please move to 2F City Bistro to have breakfast. 2. The lunch buffet are temporarily closed at City Bistro, and A La Carte service will be provided during the lunch time. The facilities service would be recovered with additional notice. Should you need any assistance, please contact us at 0571-86469999. We will be at your service wholeheartedly.
