Beautiful hotel with gracious staff in a central Rome location.
10.0Beautifully appointed hotel in a great central location. Rooms are spacious and airy with marble bathrooms and high-quality fixtures. Reception staff are welcoming and gracious. Wonderful breakfast in the garden dining room in the rear of the hotel with the best cappuccinos we have had in our two-week stay in Italy.

− Service at the cafe out front was haphazard. You never knew who was your server and when they were coming by next. Even worse when we stopped in for an after-dinner drink upstairs. This reflects very poorly on the hotel.
