Pleasant hotel near Taroko National Park, quiet and spacious, but affected by park closure.
8.0The hotel is located on the main road near the entrance to Taroko National Park. We had a spacious room with a view of the river behind the hotel, and the bathroom was also generously sized. Since the park is closed at night and access is currently restricted, there was not much traffic on the main road in front of the hotel. Parking is available in the car park next to the hotel. Breakfast was not included, and probably due to the low number of guests, the hotel does not currently provide it. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression and was a quiet and pleasant place to stay.
− I have no critical comments about the hotel itself. The main limitation is the current restrictions on access to Taroko National Park, which means that all viewpoints and hiking trails are inaccessible. This was caused by the earthquake and monsoon damage two years ago. I hope the situation improves and the hotel can welcome more visitors again.
