Die großen Badewannen täuschen denn genug richtig warmes Wasser um ein Entspannungsbad zu nehmen ist leider nicht möglich da das Wasser eh nur Lauwarm ist

The pool was nice and had a good view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

− What actually works here? That’s the real mystery at Hi-Scene. Do the appliances work? Maybe, if you believe in miracles. Does the Internet work? Not unless you count “Connected, No Internet” as functional. Does the TV work? Technically, yes — it turns on, and that’s where the magic ends. Do the employees work? They’re active, just not at solving problems. To be fair, the staff were friendly and clearly busy keeping the grounds clean. Unfortunately, they were also incompetent and dishonest. When we checked in, we immediately noticed the Wi-Fi and TV weren’t working. After 30 minutes fumbling around in our room, it was clear the staff member had no idea how to fix either, and was just wasting our time. Annoying, but forgivable. But here’s where it turned from irritating to unacceptable: we explained that my wife, who works for a major university, had already missed several hours of work and had an important online meeting the next day. We were happy to pay for the first night and move to a new hotel. The staff promised the Wi-Fi worked in another room and moved us there. After a long day of exploring, we returned to another room with no working Internet. Same staff member, same half-hearted fiddling, same lack of result. The first day was understandable. But making promises to fix the issue with no intention or ability to follow through was flat-out dishonest and unacceptable. They caused real damage — lost work, missed meetings, wasted time, energy, and money — yet still refused to offer even a token discount. As for the rooms: Some have decent views, but are mostly blocked by trees.The rooftop terrace was large, but filthy, and completely empty. A missed opportunity. The bathroom had no ventilation, and somehow managed to fill the entire room with an egregiously foul odor. The fridge didn’t work either, just in case you were still clinging to hope. The price? High. The value? Nonexistent.

חדר פרטי עם מרפסת עם נוף פסטורלי בטבע, הכל ירוק ופורח מסביב, מיטה בחדר נוחה מאד, כריות, תאורה טובה, חדר רחצה מעולה , מי שבוחר כמה ימים של התרגעות ושקט בטבע אז זה המקום. הצוות מסביר פנים ועוזרים בכל בקשה, ארוחת בוקר סבירה.. על מנת לצאת למרכז נדרש רכב ולמי שאין רכב יכול להסתפק במקום שהוא רגוע שקט וכייפי.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway

Beautiful place to stay with views of the surrounding forest-covered hills. The villas are really nicely designed and the pool is fantastic, it also has a shallow platform for kids. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The food in the on-site café is great, and there are also quite a few places to eat a short drive away. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and playground. There are also animal parks and small theme parks nearby to visit. The resort also has an EV charging station which is great to see
