A wonderful, modern hotel with staff who make you feel very welcome – special mention to Mohammed Ali, Badr al-Din and the whole team. We were there during the summer heatwave, and the air conditioning was absolutely brilliant.

We stayed at Hôtel Belvédère Fourati for two nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff were very attentive, which was kind, but sometimes a little too eager to assist while we were choosing food. A bit more space for guests to browse on their own would be welcome. Overall, a good stay with friendly service, but improvements to the breakfast experience would make it even better.

− The main area for improvement is the breakfast. The variety of food could be better, the quality of some items and cooking could be improved, and I noticed that some cups were not completely clean. More options for children, such as proper chocolate not just sauce, would also be appreciated.

We had a fantastic time at the Belvedere Fourati Hotel and we were really glad that we booked this modern hotel. The staff at reception, in particular Ons and Rania, were extremely helpful, kind and efficient. They gave us sightseeing and restaurant tips and organized all our taxis around Tunis. They speak fluent English, French, Spanish and Arabic and are so friendly that we instantly felt at home. Our bedroom was extremely clean, spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were all helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Belvedere Fourati for 5 days, and we were truly amazed by the kindness and warmth of everyone working there. From the moment we arrived, the porter kindly carried our luggage to our room, and when we checked out, he even helped us all the way to the taxi. The security staff outside always greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome every day. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and professional. There was a gentleman who helped arrange a taxi for our trip to Sousse. As first-time visitors to Tunisia, we greatly appreciated his assistance. He organized everything for us and recommended places that were worth visiting, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. There was also a female receptionist who was incredibly elegant, kind, and generous. I was truly impressed by her constant smile and warm attitude throughout our stay. Her genuine kindness left a lasting impression on us. The room itself was spotless. Housekeeping cleaned it every day with remarkable attention to detail. Even the smallest things were never overlooked. During our entire 5-day stay, everything was maintained perfectly, and we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness. The restaurant staff, both during breakfast and dinner, were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Unfortunately, we did not learn the names of all the wonderful men and women who served us, but we are certain that they work with sincerity and dedication. I sincerely hope that everyone working at this hotel remains healthy, happy, and blessed with abundant rewards for the genuine care they show to their guests. Their kindness taught me something valuable about hospitality and humanity. When it was time to return to my home country, I felt emotional. I almost cried because everyone at the hotel had made us feel like family. It is a feeling that I may never find in any other hotel. If you are looking for an exceptional experience in Tunisia, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Belvedere Fourati. − ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande sans hésitation. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec le sourire par une équipe chaleureuse, professionnelle et toujours à l'écoute. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et veille au moindre détail afin d'offrir la meilleure expérience possible à chaque client. L'hôtel, récemment rénové, est impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d'une propreté irréprochable et équipées d'une literie très confortable, idéale pour passer des nuits reposantes. Le calme est également un véritable atout grâce à une excellente isolation phonique et à des rideaux occultants de grande qualité. L'emplacement est parfait : tout est accessible à proximité, avec un parking sécurisé et surveillé 24h/24 par un agent de sécurité, ce qui est très rassurant. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, sous forme de buffet à volonté, avec un large choix de produits de qualité pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Si vous recherchez un hôtel alliant confort, calme, propreté, sécurité et qualité de service, je vous recommande vivement cet établissement.
