10.0Since our arrival we where literally treated as royalty! Our stay was beyond magical, rooms, food, everything amazing… the location of the hotel is really special, you can see chitwan from there: (we saw both tigers and rhinos from the hotel!) The staff was AMAZING! Sanjay was the best in every kind of way and Swastika the best guide we have ever had.

The stay could have been better if we were placed better or changed
3.0The safari and the staff was very nice.
− The bed in the rooms were very poorly placed. The beds are in the middle with the fan and the vent facing towards you. There was no regulator of the fan in the room
If you are a Taj property fan- go for it
9.0The setting of Meghauli Serai is magical, and celebrating a birthday in the heart of the jungle was an experience we’ll never forget. Our guide, Swastika, was wonderfully knowledgeable about the local wildlife and made every effort to make our safari tours exciting. Although we missed seeing tigers, the birthday celebration on a boat in the river was incredibly special. A note to future visitors: the experience is on the pricier side, but it’s well worth it for the memories you’ll create.
