10.0Comfortable and clean stay overall — the room, common areas, and amenities (free WiFi, garden, sun terrace) were all as described. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I got good support using SMS
− The one thing to flag: my room shares a bathroom with the room next door. I got lucky — the neighboring room was empty during my stay, so I had it to myself — but if both rooms are occupied, you'd be sharing with strangers. Worth confirming with the property before booking if that's a dealbreaker for you.
Appreciated that the host went out of her way to see that we had the room with the private bathroom!
7.0Brreakfast was not provided. Would have been nice to have a breakfast even if it was fruit and muffins.

Noisy house, small room, no sleep
3.0Location, close to metrotown
− The other guests were so noisy, no management present, they were showering at 1:30am next to our room and did not care about quiet hours. They started cooking in the kitchen at 6:30am. Not a comfortable stay at all.

10.0Everything was amazing during our stay. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well located, close to downtown and main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I traveled with my cat, who stayed with me at all times. They were very kind and respectful of our presence, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely come back on my next stays in Canada.
