− There wasn’t a Program for older kids (teenagers) as advertised, which was a bummer. The place is ideal for families with kids under 9 years old I would assume

− 房間很小，我訂五人房，連行李箱都打不開、 髒、地板毛很多，夏天千萬別訂兩層樓房間，早上陽光會吸熱，房間內沒有冷氣，晚上睡覺超熱；跟飯店反應只能提供風扇

6.0Spielezimmer hat unseren Kindern sehr gefallen Pool Essensauswahl
− Viel zu heiß und zu laut Es war nirgendwo klimatisiert. In den Zimmern ist es problematisch. Kinder können nicht schlafen. Kleine Kinder können sich selbst noch nicht so gut temperieren. Auch in der Lobby und im Essensbereich war es viel zu heiß Musik am Abend war viel zu laut und nirgendwo wurde darauf hingewiesen.
Subpar room but great resort.
8.0The buffet was excellent for everyone including a picky eater who is 5. the lunch was very short and we missed it one day when we were up in the mountains. The facilities and the kids program were well done.
− My husband and I are in our 70s and we had to lug our heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. We were in a separate building away from the rest of our family. Our room was very small and the bathroom and shower were very old and dirty looking.
