This was my second stay at Eitch Borromini Palazzo Pamphilj, and overall, I really enjoy this hotel. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel very welcome. As soon as we got out of the taxi, someone immediately came to help us with our luggage and take it to our room. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is absolutely outstanding and, in my opinion, one of the best things about this hotel. It is perfectly located for exploring Rome and being close to everything. I also really love the character of the property. The interior design is beautiful, elegant, and full of history, which gives you a very authentic Italian and Roman experience. This unique atmosphere is one of the reasons we chose to stay here again. Overall, I really like this hotel and would recommend it to others. Whenever we visit Rome, this is a hotel we are happy to return to.

− There are a few areas that I believe could be improved. First, the elevator is extremely small and sometimes requires a long wait. However, I completely understand that this is a historic building and there may be limitations on installing a larger or more modern elevator. The second issue was the condition of our room. We stayed in the same room category as during our previous visit, but this time the room felt a little more worn and in need of maintenance. In particular, small pieces of plaster or material from the ceiling were occasionally falling onto our bed. It was not a major amount, but I do think some renovation and maintenance would help preserve the quality and beauty of the rooms. The biggest area for improvement, in my opinion, is the breakfast. For a four-star hotel, I found the included breakfast extremely limited and below the standard I would expect. Although additional items can be ordered, they come at an extra charge. When I book a four-star hotel with breakfast included, especially based on my experiences at hotels throughout Europe and elsewhere, I expect a much more complete and varied breakfast selection. I am sharing these points as constructive feedback because we genuinely like this hotel and have now chosen to stay here twice. I hope these areas can be improved, because the property has so much character and potential, and we would happily continue staying here whenever we return to Rome.

Localisation excellente piazza Navona Vue de la ville depuis la terrasse

− Service de restauration à la fois au petit déjeuner (accueil froid, choix limité au petit déjeuner, pas un petit déjeuner premium...) et au bar de la Terrasse (service quelconque et qualité des produits tout à fait quelconque pas du tout premium!)
