− Very dirty- bathroom was moldy, hardware falling off the wall. Paint chipped all over the walls and floors. The pictures advertised are nothing like what we receive

7.0The aircon was amazing during the high temperatures plus the large bathtub was a nice comfort. Also the receptionist was very helpful checking in and carrying our luggage to our room. The location was perfect!
− TV was not working well, the fridge was small and not cold enough, breakfast options were very limited

− We paid for the top room and because the aircon wasn’t working we drunk the water from the mini fridge and the manager said we were only given one for free also there was a broken part of a plug in the wall from a previous customer with when touched gave my partner an electric shock which tripped the power and we didn’t feel there was much care that it happened
